In the installation of components and radiators, the following matters should be noted:
1. The countertop of the radiator must match the dimension of the component countertop to prevent flattening and distorting the device.
2. Radiator countertops must have a high level of flatness and finish. It is recommended that the surface roughness of the radiator be less than or equal to 1.6μm, and the flatness be less than or equal to 30μm. During installation, the component table and radiator table should be kept clean and free of dirt such as oil.
3. When installing, ensure that the component table and the radiator table are completely parallel and concentric. During installation, pressure is required to be applied through the centerline of the component so that the pressure is evenly distributed throughout the contact area. When the user manually installed, it is recommended to use a torque wrench to alternately exert even force on all fastening nuts, and the pressure should meet the requirements in the data sheet.
4. When the water-cooled radiator is used repeatedly, special attention should be paid to check whether the countertop is smooth and smooth, whether there is scale and blockage in the water cavity, especially to pay attention to whether the countertop has sunk, if the above situation should be replaced.

one The user should correctly select the device parameters according to the requirements of the application line characteristics, working environment, reliability and so on, and leave a reasonable margin.

Water quality: Circulating water ρ≥2.5KWcm.

During the use of the radiator, attention should be paid to water leakage, anti-blockage, anti-condensation, and timely treatment or replacement of the radiator when there is a problem.
3. Do not use a megohm meter (swing meter) to check this device. If you need to check the voltage resistance of the whole device, the electrodes of the device should be short-circuited first.
4. A multimeter can only determine whether the device is good or bad. Use a multimeter "1 ohm" to measure the gate-cathode resistance, the pointer is zero, indicating that the gate is short circuit; The needle does not move to open the road. The multimeter cannot quantitatively determine the voltage resistance of the device. For qualitative testing of voltage resistance and trigger characteristics, use a special tester or go to the manufacturer to determine.
